By Lauren FletcherHave a spooktacular Halloween…
We don’t know quite how it happened but we’re now well into October and that means Halloween is just around the corner. It falls on Thursday, October 31 this year and bars, restaurants and businesses across Dubai are celebrating the spooky holiday in a big way so dig out your best costumes, paint those faces and prepare for some ghostly goings-on in the city.
Here’s what’s going on in Dubai for Halloween 2019
Zero Gravity are throwing a truc tiep bong da massive costume party to celebrate Halloween this year, and are inviting your and your group to go all out, with Dhs50,000 (yes, you read that right) in cash up for grabs for the best dressed. The venue will be decked out into a scary movie set with fire-breathers, zombies and acrobats there to put on a spooky performance. There will be some awesome DJ sets on all night and even face painters if you didn’t know what to dress as. To be in with a chance of winning the cash prize, make sure you get photographed on the night as the winners will be announced on Zero Gravity’s social media later in the week.
The Secret Parties Group are everywhere in Dubai with no signs of slowing down and trust us, they know how to throw a party. Not content with one brunch or Halloween party, they’ve got four coming up around Dubai on Friday, November 1. Get your facepaint out for La Carnita’s Day of the Dead celebration or step into a fantasy land at Flair No.5 with witches and goblins. The Phantom of the Palace brunch awaits you at Emerad Palace Kempinski, The Palm or join the Freakshow Circus Brunch – their brand new offering at Paru on Bluewaters Island. Expect costumes, decorations and spooky surprises worthy of this stellar party group.
